well, today, i don't have much to blog. it's just to fill my time, since i'm not so attracted to ym or chat with anyone tonight. what a boring night!! just now, we went to kb mall [and i didn't know why i suddenly asked all the people to go there, and balik with nothing. me-lar, others still got their stuff-lor. while me, just 'lepak-ing] in the popular]. then, we had our dinner+supper at our all-time favourite place of roti bakar, white house. there were sooo many people that we had to wait for about half an hour to get our table. well, actually, we did get some tables, but we were 6, so i wanted space for each of us. and we just derma the small tables to other customers. so nice la fikah *[proud woo!!]*. LOL. tak baik la riak. with my innocent-looking face, i managed to persuade the customers on the larger table, to move faster. so jahat la pulak! hehe..
and this evening, i filled my time, like i said, reading other blogs, varied from politics to daily lives. i found this blog, kak zahra's ib friend, named faizal. from sarawak if i were not mistaken-la. his english was damn good. seriously, EXCELLENT. it's like i was reading a novel-la pulak. but i didn't link his here. yeah. i read just for fun. and of course, KNOWLEDGE.
shame on me. my blog was so tunggang-langgang. and DEADLY BORED!! hugh!! ok-la. i'm trying ok?? it's just i need some air, space and TIME to kill all these.
NOW, i feel so blurred and blank. have no idea at all what this iium centre of foundation will be. even i've browsed the link, but still, they don't seem to comfort me at all. maybe because i'm too afraid of leaving everything here. plus, we're leaving so damn EARLIER than my other friend since we're taking air asia flight to kl. and mama doesn't want me to bring so many things, which leads me in confusion and frustration, of taking that thing, not taking this thing. ARRGH!!

en satu, i called him[here only], was my classmate. he's totally different back in school to be compared when i was chatting with him. in school, he used to be harsh, egoistic, love to tease people[especially the girls-la, of course] and many more-lorh. but, chattin with him at some nights, made me to think, 'is this the same guy that i knew before?'. i kept asking myself that question. now, he's away from those things i mentioned above. so sensitive, caring and loving, no more teasing, open-minded, cool, patient, and most important thing here, he's no longer a pusher. and also seemed to be a good listener. not bored and dull. he waited for me to speak up my mind and he stopped when i signalled my sleepiness. way so cool, right??
i just can't list all his goodness-es here. too much to be compared.
there, came my deep, deep instinct. guys could always lie when they're online. i just didn't know whether it's him that cared. with all the good things on him. true or not, i couldn't never figure it out. it's just so hard. life's just complicated, and so was my relationship with this other guy. ah, just forget it!!
i hope i will never get carried away when i have my chat with him at some other times. hope so. really, really hope for it. because i don't want to repeat any of my bad history(-ies). hate to be hurt again.
But with all of the neighborhood barbecues, pool parties, and vacations come a slew of dubious dietary intruders — it's like the world has become one big surf shack, and we're all grabbing the large fries to go with our crispy clam strips. (And oh, we'll have the small chocolate milk shake with that, to save room for a double scoop waffle cone later. Yes, with the crushed peanut butter cups on top!) Problem is, there couldn’t be a worse time to lose control of your diet; showing a little skin is one thing, turning into a jiggle juggernaut quite another.
To combat the nutritional chaos and the extra poundage that comes with the rising mercury, we’ve chosen the eight best foods to eat every day. Beyond being packed full of disease-fighting, life-extending nutrients, these foods will also help keep your belly full, because they’re loaded with fiber and protein, the sultans of satiety.
Find a way to work these potent superfoods into your diet every day, and you’ll curb cravings before they hit, crowding out much of the junk we turn to when hunger calls. The result? Well, it could mean saving 600 calories or more a day. Couple that with 30 minutes of moderate exercise, and you can shed as many as 12 pounds in six weeks — just in time to strut your stuff on the sand!
It may be green and leafy, but spinach is no nutritional wallflower. This noted muscle-builder is a rich source of plant-based omega-3s and folate, which help reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, and osteoporosis. Bonus: Folate also increases blood flow to the nether regions, helping to protect you against age-related sexual issues. Aim for 1 cup fresh spinach or a half cup cooked per day.
SUBSTITUTES: Kale, bok choy, romaine lettuce
FIT IT IN: Make your salads with baby spinach; add spinach to scrambled eggs; drape it over pizza; mix it with marinara sauce and then microwave for an instant dip.
Various cultures claim yogurt as their own creation, but the 2,000-year-old food’s health benefits are not disputed: Fermentation spawns hundreds of millions of reinforcements for the battalions of beneficial bacteria in your body. That helps boost your immune system, provides protection against cancer, and even does duty as a cavity-fighter. Not all yogurts are created equal, though, so make sure the label says “live and active cultures.” And watch out for high-fructose corn syrup; stealth sugars are worth avoiding in yogurt and everywhere else.
SUBSTITUTES: Kefir, cottage cheese
FIT IT IN: Yogurt topped with blueberries, walnuts, flaxseed, and honey is the ultimate breakfast — or dessert. Plain low-fat yogurt is also a perfect base for creamy salad dressings and dips.
There are two things you need to know about tomatoes: Red are the best, because they’re packed with more of the antioxidant lycopene, and processed tomatoes are just as potent as fresh ones, because it’s easier for the body to absorb the lycopene. Studies show that a diet rich in lycopene can decrease your risk of bladder, lung, prostate, breast, skin, and stomach cancers, as well as reduce the risk of coronary artery disease. Aim for 22 mg of lycopene a day, which is about eight red cherry tomatoes or a glass of tomato juice. Plant some now for a health harvest in July and August. This Men's Health video will show you how.
SUBSTITUTES: Red watermelon, pink grapefruit, Japanese persimmon, papaya, guava
FIT IT IN: Dress sliced heirloom tomatoes with torn basil and olive oil; guzzle low-sodium V8 and gazpacho; roast cherry tomatoes and serve over grilled fish or chicken.
Most red, yellow, or orange vegetables and fruits are spiked with carotenoids — fat-soluble compounds that are associated with a reduction in a wide range of cancers, as well as a reduced risk and severity of inflammatory conditions such as asthma and rheumatoid arthritis — but none of them is as easy to prepare, or have as low a caloric density, as carrots do. Aim for a half cup a day.
SUBSTITUTES: Sweet potato, pumpkin, butternut squash, yellow bell pepper, mango
FIT IT IN: Snack on baby carrots; grate raw carrots into salad; toss a carrot into a breakfast smoothie with frozen mango and OJ; roast carrot chunks with olive oil, salt and cumin.
Host to more antioxidants than any other North American fruit, blueberries help prevent cancer, diabetes, and age-related memory changes (hence the nickname “brain berry”). Studies show that blueberries, which are rich in fiber and vitamins A and C, also boost cardiovascular health. Aim for 1 cup fresh blueberries a day, or a half cup frozen or dried.
SUBSTITUTE: Açai, an Amazonian berry, has even more antioxidants than the blueberry. Mix 2 Tbsp. of açai powder into OJ or add 2 Tbsp of açai pulp to cereal, yogurt, or a smoothie.
FIT IT IN: Mix fresh blueberries into plain yogurt; blend with ice, yogurt, banana, and OJ for a 60-second smoothie; toss with baby spinach, red onions, goat cheese, and raspberry vinaigrette for a summer salad.
6. Black Beans
All beans are good for your heart, but none can boost your brain power like black beans. That’s because they’re full of anthocyanins, antioxidant compounds that have been shown to improve brain function. A daily half-cup serving provides 8 grams of protein and 7.5 grams of fiber, and is low in calories and free of saturated fat.
SUBSTITUTES: Peas, lentils, and pinto, kidney, fava, and lima beans
FIT IT IN: Wrap black beans in a breakfast burrito; use both black beans and kidney beans in your chili; puree 1 cup black beans with 2 Tbsp olive oil and roasted garlic for a healthy dip; add favas, limas, or peas to pasta dishes.
Richer in heart-healthy omega-3s than salmon, loaded with more anti-inflammatory polyphenols than red wine, and packing half as much muscle-building protein as chicken, the walnut just needs a cape and we could call it a superhero. Other nuts combine only one or two of these features, not all three. A serving of walnuts — about 1 ounce, or seven nuts — is good anytime, but especially as a postworkout recovery snack. Keep a can of Planters Nutrition Heart Healthy Mix in your desk drawer or glove compartment, and use them to lead you away from temptation.
SUBSTITUTES: Almonds, peanuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts
FIT IT IN: Sprinkle on top of salads; chop and add to pancake batter; mix 1 cup walnuts with a half cup dried blueberries and a quarter cup of dark chocolate chunks.
The original wunderkind of health food, oats garnered the FDA’s first seal of approval. They are packed with soluble fiber, which lowers the risk of heart disease. Yes, oats are loaded with carbs, but the release of those sugars is slowed by the fiber, and because oats also have 10 grams of protein per half-cup serving, they deliver steady muscle-friendly energy.
SUBSTITUTES: Quinoa, flaxseed, amaranth, pearly barley
FIT IT IN: Eat granolas and cereals that have a fiber content of at least 5 grams per serving; sprinkle 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed on cereals, salads, and yogurt; sub quinoa in for brown rice.
from yahoo health
this evening, at 2, i went for my x-ray thing. never thought it could be that fast [plus there's not so many people there, maybe that's why]. there, i met my mom's friend, together with her daughter, dhamira, something like that. she got the offer to iium too. and pharmacy, too. yeah. that's because her mom's an assistant director of pharmacy department. and so my mom started to ask her about all the prospects that i can get after i graduate. she said, there's a lot actually. it's just that our people's minds, were always sticking to medicine, being a doctor, with the title Dr.. she told us, yeah, almost the same things as our seniors in pktr07. maybe, i was too bored, that my eyes were roaming all parts of the room. i mean, the x-ray waiting area. well, back to this dhamira, she looked quiet [and obedient, too]. her last school was zainab1, and she was the best student of her school in our previous spm. the best thing was, she got the offer from jpa, to further her study in pharmacy, australia. it sounded good enough to my ears, but she rejected. because her top of the list, studying in uk. and that's why she accepted the iium offer, after considering all the pros and cons. best of luck!!
i searched for my f4 and f5 books in the evening. i knew that i couldn't bring a lot, so i just had to decide which one should be my priority. so, i had my chemistry and physics modules[which were damn thick!], my bio revision book and some add maths books [since i wasn't so good in that, although i loved maths before..btw love is not enough ok?!]. here they are. just next to me.
me?? i hope iium is the right choice to pick. the BEST, i wish. Allah gives me the feeling of not choosing other places, except iium. i know, there must be a reason. maybe lots of reasons, actually. i've been thinking, one of them must be to develop the pharmaceutical field, in line with islamic way. pray to be the best. no more play2. it has to be serious this time, because it has something to deal with my career in the future.

btw, this morning, since i woke up quite late, i missed the first part of making koci. i was so kempunan of wanting this koci, since i had the chance to have it in my foster parents' home, back in asahan. opah just knew what her beloved grandchild wanted *wink2*. LOL. all i knew, in making the kocis, she had with her the tepung pulut and santan, which made the kocis kenyal2. *nyum3*. we had kelapa parut manis [gula melaka], as the inti. then, last but not least, she wrapped them up with banana leaves. yummy! p.s.:jgn lupa kukus!!LOL
i had my first koci after my zohor prayer. urmmm..the delicious-ness of hand-made kocis [btw, ade ke koci yg buat ngan machine??*blurred*] was beyond words.

Silver Cyber-shot® W170 Digital Camera DSC-W170
The top-of-the-line W series, boasting 10.1 megapixel resolution. Series highlights: 10.1 megapixel, 2.7" Clear Photo LCD™ display, Carl Zeiss wide 5x (28mm) Optical Zoom lens, Smile Shutter™ technology, Face Detection, Intelligent Scene Recognition, Super SteadyShot®, HD output and HD slideshow
The Sony DSC-W170 matches point-and-shoot ease-of-use with advanced features to pack a powerful punch. The sophisticated, compact body features an enviable 10.1 megapixel resolution, Carl Zeiss® 5x optical zoom lens, and Sony's Double Anti-Blur solution for crisp, clear images. For easy viewing and sharing, the large 2.7" LCD displays your shots in vibrant color. In addition, Face Detection technology, Smile Shutter, and Intelligent Scene Recognition elicit stunning detail from special moments. Also available in black, gold and red.
10.1 MP Super HAD™ CCD
More megapixels give you more detail and definition when you make big prints or crop in tight on your subject. The advanced Sony® Super HAD™ (Hole Accumulated Diode) CCD design allows more light to pass to each pixel, increasing sensitivity and reducing noise.
Carl Zeiss® 5X Optical Zoom Lens
5X optical zoom gives you the power to get even closer to the action -- a real benefit for distant landscape views and dramatic portraits.
Wide Angle Lens
Wide angle (28 mm-140mm4) lens captures more of the scene.
2.7”1 Clear Photo LCD Display
A large, bright 2.7”1 Clear Photo LCD (230K) display includes an anti-reflective coating that provides for excellent visibility to help you compose, view, and share photos with superb clarity and color reproduction, even in bright sunlight.
Face Detection technology automatically controls flash, focus, exposure, and white balance to help reveal faces in shadows, make skin tones look more natural, reduce red-eye, and eliminates harsh facial glare.
Smile Shutter Mode
Smile ShutterTM technology captures smiles the moment they happen6. The mode can be set to capture when your subject laughs, smiles or even grins, and like Face Detection Smile Shutter is able to differentiate between children and adults to set priority.
Sony Double Anti-Blur Solution
The combination of Super SteadyShot® optical image stabilization and high ISO sensitivity helps compensate for shaky hands, minimizes blur, and allow flash-free shooting to preserve the mood.
Super SteadyShot® Optical Image Stabilization
Super SteadyShot® Image Stabilization compensates for shaky hands and minimizes blur with a built-in gyro sensor that detects movement and sends correcting signals to a stabilization lens -- so there’s no need to crop in on your shot to reduce blur.
High Sensitivity (ISO 3200) Mode
With high sensitivity of ISO 3200, you can shoot effectively in low light without flash to preserve the mood, while the Sony Clear RAW™ Noise Reduction system helps suppress the color noise that can degrade low-light shots.
Intelligent Scene Recognition Mode
Intelligent Scene Recognition mode automatically detects 5 different types of scenes and selects the appropriate camera setting: Backlight, Backlight Portrait, Twilight, Twilight Portrait, Twilight using a Tripod. Intelligent Scene Recognition has two different modes, advanced and auto. In Advanced mode, if the camera detects the particular scene, it will take one more picture. In Auto mode takes a single shot, arbitrarily deciding on the proper setting.
Dynamic Range Optimization Standard & Plus
Powered by the exclusive Sony BIONZTM high-speed processing engine, Dynamic Range Optimization preserves image data in bright highlights and reveals more detail in shadows or backlit areas -- for great results even in difficult lighting conditions. New DRO Plus mode enhances optimization, analyzing each region of an image and performing additional image processing.
Convenient Photo Modes
To adjust quickly for specific shooting situations, you can choose from several convenient photo modes, including Auto, Program Auto, and Scene Selections such as Twilight, Twilight Portrait, Fireworks, Smile Shutter, Underwater, Landscape, Soft Snap, Snow, High Sensitivity, and Beach environments.
MPEG Movie VX Fine Mode
Capture VGA (640 x 480) audio/video clips at a high frame rate (up to 30 frames per second7). The maximum length of time you can shoot continuously is about 10 minutes.
Automatic Macro Shooting
Standard Auto Focus now covers the macro focus range, eliminating the need to manually change focus modes for close-up photography. The Macro mode has not been eliminated, and enabling it accelerates Auto Focus when shooting at point-blank range.
9-Point Auto Focus
Because an off-center subject can make your shot more interesting, a 9-point auto focus measures auto-focus at 9 precision points instead of 5 -- giving you greater creative freedom to compose your image.
Smart Zoom® Feature5
The Sony Smart Zoom® feature5 intelligently “crops into” the central portion of interest in your photo, helping avoid the image degradation of other digital zooms.
Burst Mode You can fire off up to one hundred (100) shots at Approx.0.62 second intervals (at any resolution: VGA to full resolution mode) -- a great way to capture a child’s first steps or a pet’s best tricks.
Simple Setup Controls
A quick press of the Home button opens your user-friendly graphical interface -- and you can select functions by simply moving a cursor vertically or horizontally to the appropriate icon. Function names and the on-screen Function Guide display make it easier to learn camera setup operations.
Easy Shooting Mode
A simplified camera environment especially attractive to beginners or digital camera users who want to keep things simple, Easy Shooting provides easy-to-read, on-screen instructions and limits the number of camera settings to help prevent misuse of the camera while still providing excellent results.
This beginner-friendly function helps manage various functions and settings by displaying the description of chosen functions or settings on the LCD screen. The Function Guide can also be switched off.
In addition to the LCD display, a built-in optical viewfinder lets you compose your photos in traditional rangefinder camera style, and also helps save battery power by turning off your LCD display.
15 MB2 Internal Memory
Even if you forget your flash memory card, you can get the shot because 15 MB2 internal memory lets you capture a limited number of shots with in-camera convenience, then easily transfer your shots to a PC or optional Memory Stick Duo™ media.
Memory Stick Duo™ Media Convenience
A built-in slot accepts optional Memory Stick Duo™ media or Memory Stick PRO Duo™ media -- the compact, high-capacity storage media that make it easily to upload photos to your PC and are compatible with millions of devices worldwide.
Stamina® Battery Power
Provides extended battery life and shooting capacity when using a fully charged Lithium Ion battery-- enough to cover a long weekend or a whole vacation.
Easy Image Management
To help you find the right image among many, Date View Mode and Favorites Mode have been added to the standard Folder View. Date View Mode displays a calendar view, while Favorites Mode shows only user-selected images. Furthermore, you can filter photos by face types such as portrait, child, baby, and smile.
High-resolution images can be enjoyed in all their beauty simply by connecting the camera directly to a Sony BRAVIA® HDTV or other compatible HDTV3. This provides an excellent alternative to viewing photos as prints or on a computer monitor, and is ideal for users who want to share photos in the comfort of their living room. Optional HD solutions include a Cyber-shot® cradle/charger with component cable output, or component cable directly to your HDTV.
PhotoTV HD compatibility8 allows the camera to be connected to a PhotoTV HD-capable Sony BRAVIA™ HDTV via the optional HD output adaptor, for highly detailed, high-definition color images displayed in unprecedented realism and full HD quality.
16:9 High-Resolution Mode
In addition to the standard 2-megapixel size, the convenient 16:9 aspect ratio shooting mode for HDTV3 display can now be shot in 7-megapixels, making it possible to obtain beautiful, high-definition prints with the same aspect ratio as HDTV.
Wide Zoom Display
To use the entire image area of the compatible HDTV3 screens, Wide Zoom automatically expands standard 4:3 and 3:2 images to 16:9
Expanding the HD Slide Show with Music feature, PHOTOMUSIC combines images with music to produce fun and entertaining slide shows. The five standard visual effects (Simple, Basic, Nostalgic, Active and Stylish) have been supplemented with Face1: Basic, Face2: Nostalgic and Face3: Stylish for a total of eight effects. Additionally, the number of music tracks stored in the camera memory has been doubled from four to eight, and music playback time has been extended from three to five minutes per track. More personalized slide shows are also possible by transferring music from a PC to the camera.
Add creative effects to photos after you shoot using any of 10 retouching functions, including: Trimming, Red-Eye Correction, Soft Focus filter, Unsharp Masking, Cross filter, Partial Color filter, Fish-eye filter, Retro, Radial Blur and Happy Face. The Happy Face effect uses photo retouching to put a smile on faces, with smile levels adjustable from 1 to 5.
In-Camera Red-Eye Correction
Irritating “glowing eyes” can ruin even the most creative photos, but in-camera red eye correction corrects your photos at the touch of a button to reduce lingering red-eye effect that other systems might miss.
Resize your photos in-camera for virtually any purpose! Any size picture images can be resized to widescreen 16:9 and 2 MP resolution for display on an HDTV. Conversely, high resolution, widescreen 16:9 images or any size picture can be resized to 4:3 size with VGA (640 x 480) resolution -- perfect for sharing with friends and family via e-mail (internet connection required).
Picture Motion Browser Software
Supplied software makes it easier to upload, organize, and search photos on your PC. When shooting photos using your camera and an optional GPS unit, the software even provides a convenient map view function that lets you sort photos by location and display their origin on a world map.

no one-rela-pelesit kota-cinta khayalan-makhluk tuhan paling seksi-don't speak-hati-gembira hidup ini-beat it-duet bersama nubhan, ada cinta dan diakhiri dengan atas nama cinta [rossa, my favourite] dan aku stacy [aku bengang gak dengan tajuk lagu ni, tapi nak buat macam mana kan? tapi time stacy nyanyi lagu ni, memang aku tahu kenapa tajuknya jadi sebegitu rupa.LOL]. stacy tampil pada pusingan yang pertama dengan menyanyikan lagu puitis 'atas nama cinta'. anggun dengan busana gaun petang berwarna merah jambu, persembahan stacy nyata sekali memukau. ketika dia menyanyikan first part of the song, aku tak rasa apa2. then, came the second part, dia tampak begitu menjiwai lagu tersebut. sebuah katil menjadi propnya pada malam tadi [stacy neh tak lengkap tanpa backdrop, hari tuh dah ada couch etc]. dan sebuah tirai memisahkan pentas nyanyian stacy dengan drama yang berlaku di sebalik tabir itu. pergaduhan antara seorang lelaki dan pasangannya. dari jauh, susuk tubuh lelaki itu aku pasti sekali, merupakan awal ashaari. tapi tidak diketahui siapa pula pasangannya itu. apabila persembahan stacy hampir berakhir, awal keluar dari tabir itu dengan mengiyakkannya lalu menuju ke arah stacy. ketika itu, stacy sudah pun duduk di katilnya itu, dengan menyaksikan awal menghampirinya, lalu berada di sisi stacy sambil memegang tangan stacy. jiwang gituh!
pada pusingan kedua pula, ketika stacy mula2 datang kepada ac, pakaiannya begitu aneh pada mata aku. tube yang berpetak2, warna merah hitam, dilengkapkan dengan vest separuh dengan nada yang sama, seluar ketat yang berwarna emas. my jaws dropped, and i was like omg. she did looked uncomfortable. tetapi itu langsung tak menjejaskan persembahannya, 'aku stacy'. lagu yang catchy, agak sesuai dengan jiwa stacy. ini merupakan lagu baru kedua stacy dalam af selepas 'cinta khayalan'. kali ini, walaupun menyanyi sambil menari, tetapi desah nafas stacy kedengaran seperti sudah mampu dikawal dengan baik. dengan rambutnya yang dilepaskan, she showed a good job of headbanging. LOL. seriua aku cakap, stacy tak de nak tepis rambut dia tuh. she just let go. bravo! voila! memang dapat pujian semua pengkritik [ogy:good job, my love. i love you.][ning:memang layak digelar penyanyi dan penghibur][aar:*xingat..~duh]

went out for shopping in tesco kb, got some things, not as many as before [i didn't know why, although my parents received their salaries today].
we came home, had our supper.
the best part was, playing 'who wants to be a millionaire' with iwe and angah. they started the game first, then i just joined. combinations of our three 'smart' brains and strategies, we won the 1 million for the first time ever! cheers to me[of course,LOL], angah and iwe. *bow and worship*

p/s: kalau nak nampak awet muda, kata orang tua2, keluar rumah tu, sapu embun ke muka. mesti kulit muka lebih anjal. well, i've never done that. sebab global warming, so susah nak jumpa embun2 pagi ni.
i always thought myself as a badminton freak, while i'm not..~hurm..
i define the terms 'badminton freak', as one who plays badminton, knows everything a-z about badminton world and bla,bla,bla..
i played badminton tadi, at 9 something [when i thought not to get sweat again, after taking my shower senja tadi, but i still played]..
well, you'd never know that you'd get excited too, just to see others were playing like hell..
like there was a real badminton championship [cheers to mat, ya, jiren, anip, iwe,angah]..
at the other side, there were the same guys who played football [and it's not a weird thing here, in taman bayu]..
playing badminton at any time, is common here..[especially when there's any badminton championship held]
so, wanna try??
come to kelantan-la..
there's so many things to do..
that's because it's TAHUN MELAWAT KELANTAN 2008

now, when i grow up being a 'anak dara', rasa semacam lain kalau nak bergaul balik dengan those guys, who used to be my best buddies. ~duh..
well, old times can never be repeated, what more to be replaced. and then, i'm leaving again my place, out to much bigger town, or should we call it a metropolitan..?? KL. or much accurate, is pj [dekat la tuh dengan Kl, kan?? *blurred*]
my bad, i guess..
my perut sangatlah kosong when the time i just put all the food in font of me at the restaurant last night..
selalunya, minum air kosong dulu before i eat anything..
maybe i was just so hungry that i forgot all that..
worried if history repeats itslef [well, you know, i got bad stomachache, the night before our last day of spm, BIOLOGY!! thanx to aina and ainul that helped to papah me 3o'clock in the morning to cikgu paridah's car, also into the clinic *bow2*]
now, it's getting better..although i didn't take any ubat, except for opah's minyak angin cap kapak..
hope to get much better..
well, i had wished her already this afternoon after she came home from school..
a little bit late of posting her birthday wish in my blog..
we celebrated by having dinner at the outside, our favourite New Horizon Garden Restaurant
we had mango fried chicken[my favourite], tomyam, buttered-fried prawns, fried squids, siamese style steamed fish[siakap maybe] and another one that i'd forgotten its name..fuuh..!!
i got my appetite there, but had to exclude the seafood things [prawns and squids, although squids were my favourite there..=( ]..
well,angah, sweet 17..
may your life will always be filled with sweetness..
don't be so naughty..
don't ask for more presents..
i've given you more than i supposed to..LOL
study hard and smart..
be strong no matter what happens..
I LOVE YOU
